This website and its related services (“Services”) are operated by The Arzola Group, Inc., doing business as Show.me or SHOW ME (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

• “SHOW ME” = The Arzola Group, Inc.

• “Consumer” = individuals requesting insurance quotes.

• “Agent” = licensed insurance agents, brokers, or agencies purchasing leads.

• “Lead” = consumer-submitted information transferred to an agent.

• “Exclusive Lead” = a lead sold to one agent only.

• “You/Your” = any user of the website.

3. GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL USERS)

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3.2 No Professional Advice

SHOW ME is not an insurance company, insurance agent, legal advisor, or financial advisor.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with operations, extract data, or violate any applicable laws.

3.4 Third-Party Platforms

We use third-party systems such as Kajabi for hosting and data processing.

3.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

4. SECTION A — TERMS FOR CONSUMERS (QUOTE SEEKERS)

4.1 Nature of the Service

SHOW ME provides marketing services and connects Consumers with licensed agents.

4.2 Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA Compliance)

By submitting your information, you provide prior express written consent for agents to contact you via phone, SMS, email, and automated dialing systems.

4.3 Data Sharing

Your information will be shared with one exclusive agent for the purpose of providing quotes.

4.4 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes or that any agent will contact you.

4.5 Consumer Responsibilities

You agree that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

5. SECTION B — TERMS FOR AGENTS (LEAD BUYERS)

5.1 Licensing & Compliance Requirements

You represent and warrant that you are duly licensed and authorized to sell insurance in the jurisdictions where you operate.

Compliance With Laws (Including TCPA)

You expressly acknowledge and agree:

Sole Responsibility

You—not SHOW ME—are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with:

• Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

• Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)

• CAN-SPAM

• State “mini-TCPA” laws

• Do-Not-Call registries

• Carrier and industry rules

Consent & Outreach Practices

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents before calling, texting, emailing, or contacting any lead.

Disclaimer

SHOW ME does not warrant or represent that the leads you purchase are compliant for your intended use.
By using our Services, you assume all risk related to contacting leads.

5.2 Lead Purchases

Leads are sold as exclusive and delivered to one agent only.

We do not guarantee lead accuracy, disposition, qualification, or consumer response.

OUR PRODUCTS

SHOW ME provides marketing leads and related services.
We make no guarantees regarding:

• conversion rates

• sales outcomes

• consumer responsiveness

• suitability for your purposes

All leads are provided “as is” and may be subject to verification processes.

5.3 Orders & Subscriptions

• When placing an order, you agree to pay all disclosed fees.

• Subscription programs may include minimum commitments.

• All sales are final.

• No refunds will be issued except where required by law.

You authorize SHOW ME to charge your payment method for all purchased Services.

5.4 No Lead Resale or Redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or transfer any lead or data.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:
(a) violate any telemarketing, privacy, or consumer protection law
(b) send spam, junk messages, or unauthorized robocalls
(c) misrepresent your identity to consumers
(d) harass, threaten, or abuse any person

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

5.5 Payment Requirements

Agents may pay before or after receiving leads, depending on their plan.
Unpaid invoices may result in suspended access.

5.6 No Guarantee of Consumer Engagement

We do not guarantee that consumers will respond, answer, or purchase from you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
SHOW ME disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

6.1 Maximum Liability

SHOW ME’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

6.2 No Indirect Damages

We are not liable for:

• indirect, punitive, or consequential damages

• lost profits

• lost opportunities

• attorney fees

• statutory damages under TCPA or state law

Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations; where prohibited, the minimum allowed applies.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SHOW ME, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from all claims, damages, penalties, attorney fees, or liabilities arising from:

• your use of the Services

• your violation of these Terms

• your violation of any law (TCPA, TSR, CAN-SPAM, state laws)

• any claim by a consumer or regulator related to your outreach practices

8. ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

To the extent permitted by law:

Binding Arbitration

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Waiver of Jury Trial

You waive the right to a trial by jury.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity.

9. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
Arbitration—or if not enforceable, court proceedings—shall occur exclusively in Broward County, Florida.

10. TERMINATION

SHOW ME may suspend or terminate Service for:

• nonpayment

• violation of these Terms

• violation of applicable laws
  You remain responsible for fees due through termination.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any purchase agreements, form the entire agreement between you and SHOW ME.
